If you have trunk groups, only the default (group 0) will be reset, the others will not be changed. Inbound and outbound calls will fail until you reconfigure your trunks with the new password. If using the module, you’ll need to get the new keycode and provide it to the module and it will enable you to pull in the new credentials. If you don’t immediately make this change to your PBX, our servers may lock out your IP for up to 30 minutes. In order to avoid this, you should disable your PBX trunks prior to resetting the credentials and then re-enable them once the change is made.
